For best results: 

• Best applied with Taklon Foundation Brush, https://colorsforsuccess.com/tools/brushes/get-even-brush/, or a liquid foundation brush you may already have.
• Apply a half- pump size on back of hand.
• Then, use brush to apply to face.  
• Dew Drops are best applied after blush.
