How to Apply:

• Apply to clean, dry lashes
• Starting at the base, sweep the brush up to the tips, wiggling the wand to separate lashes
• Let the primer set for 30 seconds before adding another layer of primer or mascara
• Apply your mascara just before the primer is completely dry to avoid clumping

How to Remove:

• You can use any makeup remover to remove this primer
• If you are wearing a tubing mascara over the primer, remove the tubing mascara with warm water and light pressure before using makeup remover for the primer
