Point B, the arch: Look straight ahead. Pivot your tool from the outer edge of your nostril so it crosses through the center, or off-center, of your iris. Where it meets the brow is your highest arch point. Most brows look best with the arch roughly two-thirds of the way from A to C, though slight variation is natural.
Point C, the end: Continue pivoting your tool from the outer edge of your nostril toward the outer corner of your eye. Where it meets the brow is where your brow should taper to a clean end. The tail should never drop below the level of the inner start; a brow that ends lower than it begins pulls the whole face downward.
Once you have these three points marked, connect them with a soft, feathered line rather than a hard edge. The top and bottom edges of the brow should run roughly parallel, with the brow slightly fuller through the middle and gradually finer toward the tail.
