By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Products and Services

Mineral Cosmetics

We offer a curated selection of mineral-based makeup products, including foundation, blush, eye color, finishing powder, and lip products. Our formulations are designed to be free of common irritants such as bismuth oxychloride, talc, and synthetic fragrances where noted. Product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions are provided on individual product pages. We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but actual colors may vary depending on your monitor or device settings.

Custom Color Analysis

Our Deluxe Custom Color Analysis service includes a comprehensive personal color assessment using over 200 fabric drapes, conducted over two sessions. This service is available both in-person and virtually. Details, pricing, and scheduling information are available on our Custom Color Analysis page. Appointment times are subject to availability, and we require at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation.

Image Consulting Services

We offer personalized image consulting and wardrobe guidance services. Specific service descriptions, pricing, and availability are provided upon request or at the time of booking.

Ordering and Payment

Order Placement

By placing an order through our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Processing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. When you place an order, your payment information is securely stored with your order record. Please note that we do not charge your credit card automatically at the time of order placement. We manually process payment when your order is ready to ship. In some cases, we may need to special order or prepare products before shipping. Once your order is completed and shipped, all stored credit card information is purged except for the last four digits of your card number, which are retained for record-keeping and refund purposes.

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the time of shipment.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed on our Site are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address. We collect and remit sales tax as required by law.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at ursula@colorsforsuccess.com or call 1-603-898-3378. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are handled as a return and new order. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Services: Custom color analysis and image consulting services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates in denominations ranging from $25 to $1500. Gift certificates:

  • Are redeemable only toward purchases on our Site
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Are not replaceable if lost or stolen
  • Do not expire unless otherwise stated
  • May be used in combination with other payment methods for orders exceeding the certificate value

Reward Points

Our Reward Points program allows registered customers to earn points on qualifying purchases. Points are earned at a rate of 2% back (1 point per dollar spent, where 1 point equals $0.01). Reward points:

  • Are earned on product purchases only (not on gift certificate purchases, shipping fees, or taxes)
  • May be redeemed at checkout toward future purchases
  • Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another account
  • May be subject to expiration dates or program changes, which will be communicated via Site announcements or email

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and the overall design and layout, is the property of Colors For Success or our content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Site are proprietary to Colors For Success or their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any marks or names is strictly prohibited.
