How to Apply:

• Shake well before using
• Use light pressure for fine, sharp lines; increase pressure for thicker, bolder lines
• Apply to clean, dry skin or over any eyeshadow
• Always replace the cap tightly and store with the tip down when possible

How to Remove:

• Neither water alone nor pressure alone will remove Blinc Liquid Eyeliner Pen
• Only the combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure from your fingertips, a washcloth, or in the shower will effortlessly peel the layer of color off your skin into your hand
• No makeup remover is necessary

Tips and Tricks:

• If you accidentally apply too much, a gentle swipe with a dry Q-tip will absorb any excess liner
• If you get liner on your lid, a dry Q-tip removes it in one swipe
• Use a lash comb to separate lashes prior to liner setting for even greater definition
• Always replace the cap tightly after each use to prevent the formula from drying out
• Store with the tip down when possible to keep the pen flowing evenly
• Never share your eyeliner with anyone
