How to Use: Use the angled brush end of the Brow Wow Brush to apply tint with short, hair-like strokes, filling in sparse areas and defining the brow shape. Use the spoolie end to blend and groom hairs into place. For a more dramatic look, layer over Sketch Sticks Brow Pencil. To customize your shade, mix with a small amount of mineral eyeshadow powder in a similar tone.
