APPEARANCE:
Clear liquid with no fragrance.
TO USE:
Apply a liberal amount on a cotton pad. Gently wipe across the closed-eye area without any pressure. Allow the formula to dissolve your makeup. Repeat if needed. Will also take off dark lipstick.
